This week the Rolkon team has been fighting weather and hard rock on a project in Inanda for LNY Construction & Civils.
The water line project involves 3 separate drills, all using 450mm HDPE pipes. The first 2 drills were completed with ease, while the 3rd has proven more difficult with the intermediate soil conditions experienced in drills 1 and 2 replaced with hard rock, compounded by wet muddy conditions.
For our team of experienced drillers, weather and hard rock are nothing to worry about and they simply make the work more interesting.
