Joining Rolkon in 2022, Sthe helped strengthen planning and site processes, improving operational efficiency and project delivery.
His leadership quickly saw him progress to Operations Manager, and today he is also a shareholder in the business, a journey that reflects one of Rolkon’s core beliefs: investing in people builds a stronger business.
As Rolkon grew, I was given greater responsibility and progressed into the role of Operations Manager. Today, I’m also a shareholder and proud to be part of a company that recognises hard work, invests in its people, and creates real opportunities for growth.
